Cant make nor receive calls? No subscribed on this number

I cant make nor receive calls,when people call me they are getting an error message there is no subscribed account on this number as if my number doesn't exist,have been with the so called techincal support since the morning,on whats app chat and Facebook,very frustrating and considering moving to Fido already,has been only 2 weeks, tried putting the sim.card on another phone getting the same result.

Sorry you are having this issue with Fizz mobile. Was Fizz support able to provide a timeline on when you can expect this issue to be resolved?

If not, you may want to contact support again for an update. By any chance, if you are not attached to your phone number and don't mind changing it, please ask support if changing your phone number will help to resolve this issue.

If the wait is too long and you are not attached to your phone number, another possible option would be to cancel this line and open a new one. Please feel free to consult with Fizz support to know all your options.

Hi Mourad,

The fact that the sim card doesn‘t work in another phone either indicates to me that it‘s definitely a problem with the sim. I wish we could help you but only support can resolve that

Hi Fizzy,

No timeline was given,i am missing very important calls in critical period,i am attached to my number of course no way i am giving it up no reason to do so,i will change the carrier if this continue,very frustrating service!

Sorry Mourad. As fellow users here in the community forum, there isn't anything we can do to help.
The only thing you can do is follow up with Fizz to let them know the urgency of the situation.

In the meantime, do you have any alternate number where contacts can reach you?
You may also use a VOIP app (with mobile data or wifi) if needed.

Maybe, try to change your sim card can resolve this problem.
You can buy one new sim card at the Depanneur Couche-Tard of your area if you're living in the great area of Montreal.

Thank you everyone,Fizz has fixed my problem ,they reached out to me by email and by Facebook messenger ,they asked me to restart the cell phone once more after they have done modifications at their end,while i was frustrated from the problem itself,i have to admit that during all my interactions with the customer service they have been very professional and very friendly ,they have high communication skills and when they communicated with me ,the text was clear and there were no errors in English nor French what so ever,so even though the problem has taken a while to be solved,i am satisfied from my overall experience and i am going to stay with Fizz,you guys have also been helpful so thanks a lot!
