Obviously I need to transfer one by one using IMEI. I plan to create two Fizz accounts for each.
By searching forums, this also scares me from moving forward: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2422071-can-guys-cancel-videotron-lines-already-transfered-numbers. I don't want to end up with paying two extra lines for nothing.
So any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Do not be scared, I transferred from Fido to Fizz in 5 minutes, my Fido account was closed automatically I check a week later, the idea of 2 accounts on my opinion is a good option.
Check if the account is closed only couple of day after the porting

Otherwise, you can select a new phone number.

I switched to Fizz from Fido and all went well.
Following my advise, my dad switched from Videotron to Fizz. After losing service with Videotron, it took a full 72 hours to have service from Fizz. The chat was useless, they couldn't do anything except telling us to wait for technical support. No service for 72 hours is a lifetime when you run a business. I was so sorry.
Be aware, it doesn't always go well.

I went through the same situation and everything worked out very well. I had 2 numbers at Videotron and I went to Fizz at different times. Everything went very well, no problems encountered, no surprise costs, my Videotron account is now closed.

It took 5 minutes to transfert and activate my phone number from Koodoo to Fizz.
Dont worry!
I switched from Koodo to Fizz and the process was very smooth. As soon as the Koodo sim stopped working, I just switched to the Fizz one which was already working.
