I cannot find any help anywhere, I cannot find the question mark to join someone. Where are my bills, they all disappear? Why this site disconnect and switch language every time I click on help? I will not stay very long with you if you do not improve your customer services.

To see your bills go to transaction history and click on 2020. It should be appearing. See attached pictures. Hope it helps!

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
I'm trying this for many minutes now and is not there. I'm using Chrome and I do not have any Ad blocker active on Chrome.
In fact, as soon I login, the question mark disappear.
Yeah the site has issues sometimes, often using a different browser will help. You can reach support via messenger chat from their facebook page, worth a try
When the chat is not functioning, I go on Facebook Messenger. It’s the best for me.

I had the same problem several times last week. @Jean-Pierre, try to clear the cache and browsing history. It worked for me. Do you switch from one Fizz account to another when you have problems?

I know, it happens sometimes we have problem to chat.
Maybe, try another browser can help.
Was it during the Holidays?
Chat was not available all the time.
For the support, I find easier contact Fizz through Facebook rather than from the account, hope this helps.
