Cancel subscription

How I cancel my service? Just signed up today but changed my mind. Will my credit card charged? Cannot find any info here on the website. Please advice. Thx

The card is already charged.

You need to cancel the appointment, after that contact the support to let them know and accelerated the refund.

Log into your account → Manage plan → Appointments.
Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future
click on Cancel.
On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.

The refund process can take couple of week, but only the support can help you
