    So just to confirm Yun. You can access the internet via your phone without problems? Only the phone apps don’t work but other applications that require internet on your phone work?

    I have not done factory reset yet. I am afraid I would lose internet connection after it.
    Will finish something important online first.
    Here I emphasize it again:
    1)My phone apps worked before.
    2) Except this problem, EVERYTHING is working fine with my phone, internet and computer.

    The issue resolved by factory reset.
    There is a problem:
    The modem couldn't be reset by pushing the reset button for 10+seconds. It did restart but NO reset.
    I had to install Fizz app to do factory reset by the app.
