My credit card is declined when I try to order a SIM card for an account for my daughter. It worked for my account and my wife's. I tried different browsers, computers. I also tried another credit card. I made sure the billing address is the exact one on the credit card accounts. I see in the questions that the problem was encountered several times but the answers are not useful aside from contacting support. I'm trying to get SIM cards ASAP in order to benefit from the referencing promotion. Any help appreciated.

Did you try to use the browser in incognito mode? Maybe a debit card might work ?11

Did you create a new account using a new email for each of you?

Canada Post prepaid credit card works. Go to get one which can cover your first month. Then you can work on credit card after10

You could buy a new SIM card through the Couche-Tard promotion (https://fizz.ca/en/couche-tard-sim) for the moment if you need it ASAP and sort out the issue with the fizz support later.8

IMPORTANT - Address associated to the Credit Card
When you enter the information for your payment method, the billing address associated to your card must correspond to the address you declared to your bank for that card. The right info must be entered in the corresponding fields, and the address needs to be 100% identical. Pay attention to the following items:
The name of the street (Ave, avenue)
Special works (Saint, St, Ste)
Hyphens
Spaces
Spelling
Tip: Make a copy and paste of what is written in your credit card statement.
If the address and postal code that you associate to your payment method are not identical to that declared to your bank for that card, you won’t be able to add this payment method.5 -

I'm in contact with my bank and on their side, they have indications my credit card is refused because of a technical issue with the web site service. I'm going to follow up with Fizz technical support. The address for the credit card is the right one, I triple checked.5 -
