Credit Card Declined

My credit card is declined when I try to order a SIM card for an account for my daughter. It worked for my account and my wife's. I tried different browsers, computers. I also tried another credit card. I made sure the billing address is the exact one on the credit card accounts. I see in the questions that the problem was encountered several times but the answers are not useful aside from contacting support. I'm trying to get SIM cards ASAP in order to benefit from the referencing promotion. Any help appreciated.

Wow, thank you very much for all your answers. I will look into the Couche Tard promotion right away.

I'm in contact with my bank and on their side, they have indications my credit card is refused because of a technical issue with the web site service. I'm going to follow up with Fizz technical support. The address for the credit card is the right one, I triple checked.

Did you create a new account using a new email for each of you?

If there is a participating Couche-Tard near you, you can get a Fizz SIM card for free (until January 4 2021 while supplies last): https://fizz.ca/en/couche-tard-sim

You just need to install the Couche-Tard app, enter your email and wait until you are at the cash and ready to pay before using the electronic coupon. The Fizz SIM card will be free!

Hi Ianic, your best bet would be to call your bank and ask why it was declined

IMPORTANT - Address associated to the Credit Card
When you enter the information for your payment method, the billing address associated to your card must correspond to the address you declared to your bank for that card. The right info must be entered in the corresponding fields, and the address needs to be 100% identical. Pay attention to the following items:

The name of the street (Ave, avenue)
Special works (Saint, St, Ste)
Hyphens
Spaces
Spelling
Tip: Make a copy and paste of what is written in your credit card statement.

If the address and postal code that you associate to your payment method are not identical to that declared to your bank for that card, you won’t be able to add this payment method.
