Can my Videotron enabled apartment's internet be turned on by Fizz remotely?

I am moving from Vancouver to Montreal and would love to have my internet set up before I arrive. I was wondering if, since the building has Videotron enabled, can it be turned on remotely and a modem be delivered to me, or does a technician have to physically come to my building and set it up?

Hi Annika

Yes it can be used with Fizz, however, someone must be there to receive the modem, the tech must pass to check the line and deliver the modem
