One quick question: Am I correct in assuming that I have to wait to swap an "Upgrade" until is has been activated? Will I have to wait for the next payment cycle to activate or is the change immediate? Thanks in advance :)

If the slot was never activated before you are correct you need to wait the next billing cycle
If the slot already had an activated reward you can replace it
Great, I had an account with Fizz before and had to close it because due to the pandemic I was permanently in Ontario. I had all of them activated there ans tapped around With my new account I have this problem! Anyway thanks for the answer, Mike!
