    Did you let your subscription expire? In my case I simply added the new payment method and connected it to my account.

    I just verified your account from my end and I can see that the necessary charge for your Internet plan was taken a few minutes ago.
    Please bear in mind that there are 2 to 3 hours of delay for the payment to be processed and then your services restored.
    Now, all that needs to be done is wait for our system to do just that, process the charge so you can have your connection back in action.
