i changed for a new SIM card but its blocked, i alreay received a PUK code with other bunch of codes but it seem no one works ,. my cell ask for a PUK code ; then New NIP , then to confirm the new NIP but at the end says code PUK isnt right

Did you put the Fizz SIM on your phone for the first time?
If this is the case it seems that your phone is locked with the previous operator

Some phone asks for the PUK but they need the unlock code, which it must given to you by the mobile provider who supplied your phone

As Mike said, make sure that your phone is not locked with another phone carrier. You can also try the sim with another phone.

Please, contact the previous provider and ask to unlock your phone.
They must do it for free.
