Plan display?

I was waiting for a confirmation email after I received an email that said I have an technical issue while activate my sim, and they should contact me within 2h. However after 4h, i received no respond, so i decided to insert the new sim and call my friend and it works wonderfully. But when i log in and check the plan section, everything is in 0 and it said that activation pending. I set up the plan i want before transfer my number already, and an preauthorization is made in my bank account. Until now, i still haven't received any confirmation email but the new sim works just fine. What should I do to access to my plan? Thank you so much. Unti

Did you \ try to receive calls?

It seems that your plan is not finalized, or you have a display problem

If everything is working you can try tomorrow to see if the problem is solved.

Try to check the transaction history

To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:

1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
3- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.

You can also check the service agreement

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

The most important thing is that it works. I assume that this is a simple display error. Best thing would be to reach out to support. I am sure they can sort it out for you!

Hi it's me again!! Thank you so much for your response, everything works perfectly now: i finally received a confirmation email with the agreement, and my plan is now displayed clearly!!
