When should i insert the new sim?

I was waiting for the confirmation email of activation new sim, howerver i received an email said that there is an technical problem and they should contact me within 2hours. It's been more than 4h and nothing happen. Should i insert the new sim now or wait for the confirmation email? Thank you so much.

You can insert the SIM to test it, but you can also contact the support to check with them, here we are users

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
