Cancellation du to wifi being bell

Hi the technician came and we couldn’t install the wifi bc my appartement building is with bell. The technician said that he would cancel and we will get a refund and that never happened.

During his visit, the technician informed you that it was impossible to install Fizz Home Internet at your service address: you must then cancel the appointment by using the email or notification link.

After you can contact the support to speed up the refund process
