Hello Jose,

We're sorry to hear that you currently encounter an issue. I checked your account and the line has been fully transferred to us yesterday, December 27th and it's active and in good standing. As you can see on our page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone there could be a 48 hour delay, however I can recommend turning off your phone, take the Fizz sim out then reinsert it. You will find more useful manipulations to try on the FAQ I provided.

Did you transfer your number today?

If this is the case, probably your transfer was not completed yet. The transfer can take hours to complete.

You can also contact customer support by chat

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-having-problems-transferring-my...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

First of all, Welcome to Fizz!

If your old provider SIM card is still working, there might be an issue with the transfer and you should contact Fizz support.

In the meantime, you can continue to use the old SIM card until the transfer is complete. Once the transfer is complete, you old provider SIM card will stop working and old provider account will close automatically.

2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
