Sim card problem with new phone

Unlocked new phone says it is locked and my fizz sim card already activated with my previous phone won't work on the new phone.

What message do you have in the phone?

The Fizz's SIM can be inserted in any compatible phone, you do not need to take any action for the SIM

You can also contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option
