Why was I charged twice this month?

Hi there, I was charged twice this month (December), and also, I cannot find the Fizz help chat anywhere!

Hi Alex

the 22 and 23 of december Fizz had a problem with their payment system.

You can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Have you tried first to log to your Fizz account?
Click on:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
Click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page.
And click on: the green chat bubble.
