Online Invoice not Available ?

Invoices cannot be viewed from within the account. The browser freezes when requesting a copy of invoice. Need the invoice to submit my expense.

yesterday I got the same problem with my internet transaction, I clear the cache and used the browser in private and I was able to get it.

today fizz had a problem with the payment system, probably is related.

Try to contact the support

You can contact customer support by chat

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-multimedia-...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
