Fizz says payment declined, but my bank says payment was posted to my credit card?

I got an email from Fizz saying my payment declined was declined on the credit card that I have been using to successfully pay them for nearly 2 years. Called my bank to check and they say my payment was posted to my credit card already. Whats the problem Fizz? Nothing has changed.

Please logon your Fizz account to check the latest payment transaction history.

If the issue is not resolved, you can contact Fizz support by chat:
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Hi, I just got the same email from Fizz. I can’t find any email or phone number to communicate with customer service. Anybody knows it? Thank in advance.
