How to get my money back?

I canceled my internet before getting it active or getting the service appointment! I need the money back that fizz took from my account for the first month in adavance

after cancel the appointment the refund can take a week, you should contact the support to see if they can speed up the process

The delay is due the fact that you can cancel the appointment but you would like to take a new one couple of days after.

You can contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on the green bubble and click on chat

Sorry,
First, you must cancel the installation with the technician.
Then, contact the Fizz customer service by chat and ask them a refund for the first payment.
To chat:
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-hom...
Click on to the green interrogation point down to the right of the page.
Also, click on the green chat bubble.
A new chat window will open and you are waiting for a session with Fizz.
