Hi Nina,
Can you please check if you entered the correct address on the order form?
Also, you can try to contact Planete Courier via the Order link under My Profile->Order History->See details and ask them about your order.

If that is the case and the SIM was not delivered, I invite you to place a new order for a 2nd SIM card and I will issue a refund request for the 1st one that you didn't receive.

If your SIM card was delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to get a new one.

You will need to order another SIM card and pick it up as soon as you receive a delivery notice.

For quicker access, you can also pick up a SIM card at Coop UQAM or Couche-Tard. You can see locations here: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores

Once you have activated the second SIM card, please contact Fizz support to get a refund for the missing SIM card.

You can contact support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right of the page

Antoine, good idea! You just need to install the Couche Tard app and register your email address.
And wait until you get to the cash/counter to use the coupon, because once you activate it, you have up to 10 minutes to use it. Offer expires January 4th 2021 or while supplies last.

I already picked up my extra SIM card. =)

Sorry for your order you havent received.
Please, first try to check on your Fizz account the status of your order.
First, log to your account,
Click on: My profile
Click on: Order history
See the details of your order if the delivery of your sim card has been done.
Usually, they put the parcel in front door of your building.
Someone has maybe stolen your order.
Then, please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat, you will be obliged to order 2 new sim cards and ask for a refund for thoses never received.
