You don’t have access to this service?

Hello, whenever I try to send a text message or make a phone call a message comes on and says “you do not have access to this service” I paid all my bills and I rebooted my phone multiple times. Please let me know what’s wrong. Thank you

Please reboot your mobile device and after enable airplane mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off and test out the mobile services. If you are still having issues, please go into your phone's settings menu- mobile data- mobile networks and disable automatic network search. Once this is done the phone will start to automatically search available networks and select a Fizz EXT option for 3 minutes and try once again to make calls or send texts. Be sure to logon your Fizz account to confirm that your payments are up-to-date.
Also you must be in your coverage area to be able to use your plan services.

For this problem, you may have to contact customer support by chat:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-servi...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Riad, this message is heard when you try an action that is not part of your plan. Are texts and calls part of your plan or you have them bare bones plan and have to purchase add-ons for minutes and texts?
