Port in to another provider

I am trying to port in to another provider But it seems my account ID and phone number does not work well Because they could not process my request And told me there is a problem with fizz Either with ACOUNT ID or Something else. Now I need to port in soon but problem is from FIZZ. what should I do?

Did you try to use the IMEI instead the account ID?

Dial *#06# on your phone to get your 15-digit IMEI number.

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
