Cannot add contact

Hello, I can’t seem to add a contact to my profile. The other use has the full experience in his privacy settings.

Is there a problem with the website?

I tried his phone number and email. I tried on my phone and windows computer with many browsers. Still nothing.

Yes the function was disabled

It seems that Fizz has disabled this option for the moment, probably to investigate this problem: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2544662-fizz-members-targeted-text-message-phishing

We'll have to wait for Fizz to reactivate it.

What Mike wrote is correct (as usual).

If you are interested to gift data from your plan, you can still do so.
Unfortunately we cannot gift Data Perks to new members for now, as the recipient must already be on our contact list.
