Problème internet LTE mobile

Can't uses my data on my cellphone except with Messenger and Facebook but can use mail on my iphone. Data available on my account.

Any solution?

Hi Jean-Benoit

Try to check if you disable the mobile data for that applications.

You can also try to reboot the phone
Go to Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off for any app that can use cellular data

Reboot the phone too.

First,, have you tried to turn off your iphone and reboot it after?
You can also ask for help by contacting Fizz customer service by chat.

Click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page.
And choose to click on the green chat bubble.
A new chat window is opening and you'll be waiting for a chat session with Fizz.
