I cant connect to service?

I just paid my bill and got confirmation payment accepted yet i can not connect. Why?

Your was a late payment?

If this is the case
Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

Did you try to reboot the modem?

You can always contact the customer support by chat:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-multimedia-...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

It takes at least 2 hours to get again your Fizz service.
I hope this morning, you are able to use it.
If you are occuring the same problem, please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat with your mobile plan.
