How long does it take to activate a new sim card and link it with an old beta plan?? (Price and features)

I ordered a new sim card and thought I lost my old beta plan forever. Turns out I was paying for two plans in 1 month. How long does it take to transfer a new sim card to an existing beta plan which I'm still paying for?

Have you already initiated the change request?

On your account, go to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Change SIM card

Once the request is complete, try restarting your phone with the new SIM card.

p.s. The self serve option is disabled for now.
The option on your account opens a chat and you will be doing the update with a customer service rep.

Also you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/found-mobile#4
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Maybe, you order a new sim card in a new plan instead the reorder the old sim card.

If you dont have changed your mobile plan, this one is suppose to be still effective.
However, if you want activate a second mobile plan with a new sim card, you'll pay the actual monthly price for it.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: Overview
At the right down to the web page, Create your plan your way: click on: Get started
Follow the instructions to activate your sim card and activate a new mobile plan.
It takes a maximum of 2 hours to get a new effective Fizz mobile plan.
