I ordered one sim card and they send me an email did I. Didn't complete the order I completed the order and I see that I have two SIM cards I bought only one I don't need 2 SIM cards

Jacob usually fizz didn’t refund any sim card. You can send it or give it?
To reach Fizz First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

As Lieux mentioned, if you ordered two SIM card and only need 1 you can simply gift the 2nd to a friend or someone whom you know that wants to join Fizz.
