No access to Internet since power outage, any else get this ?

My router hasn't been working properly since the power outage in Longueuil 30 minutes ago. It says no internet access is possible ? Anyone else get this problem ?

    Andre try to reach Fizz about your internet problem. To reach Fizz
    First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
    Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
    Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
