Hi SteveMtl

“Conditional call forwarding” is used to forward your calls to a different phone number, if and only if you don’t pick up the phone when you get a call.

If needed, you can try dialing one of these codes to disable Call Forwarding:

#21# to deactivate universal call forwarding
#67# to deactivate call forwarding when busy
#61# to deactivate call forwarding when no answer
#62# to deactivate call forwarding when not reachable
.
More info on Call Forwarding here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-call-forwarding

If you want to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hello SteveMtl!

It means that there is technical call forwarding enabled on your number. To review it, you can use Settings menu in phone or special commands:
*#21# to review universal call forwarding
*#67# to review call forwarding when busy
*#61# to review call forwarding when no answer
*#62# to review call forwarding when not reachable

In most cases, technical call forwarding is for correct work of Fizz services like Voicemail, etc. For example, Voicemail needs technical call forwarding when no answer to +15146470999.
Please don't deactivate it to get all Fizz services.

Best regards!

I had the same problem but i did like Fizzy et Sergii said and it worked!
Thanks to both for the good instructions

I get that message too.. I verified the forwarding when the line is busy, *#67#, when a call is unasnwered, *#61#, suscriber not available, *#62#, and they all redirect to voicemail. That is expected behavior but we shouldn't see the "conditional call forwarding" msg when placing a call.
