How Can we change firewall rule for a Cisco VOIP Phone to work ?

I borrowed an IP Phone from my office. It work for me with another Internet provider.
For my coworker using fizz, the same Cisco IP Phone can't get it's path out. default rules with sip looks ok.
What do I need to look out for to make this work?

Hi Gaston

Try disabling SIP ALG on the modem settings to see if it helps.
Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm (user: cusadmin and your wifi password)
Basic menu >> Gateway Function

2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
