Is it possible to get a receipt/statement with my name on it and not just a clients number ?

The invoices will display your account number (but without name / address):
My Plans >> Transaction history
If you need to associate the account number with your name and address, you can print the service agreement contract:
My Plans >> Manage my plan >> Service agreement
If you want to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:

Sorry,
If you want get an invoice of your Fizz plan, you will only see the customer number of your Fizz service.
You can print the services agreement for this service: you'll see your name and adress.
Also, to your Fizz account :click on: Manage my plan
and Click on: Services agreement and Print it.8 -
Like Fizzy and Michel said I don't think it's doable (unless you ask Fizz directly) but I wouldn't think they would do it.7
