24hrs service - Where??

Fizz says there is 24hr service. Where in the world do I click to chat with someone? I go to "Contact us", I go to Step 2 and want to Leave a Message but where do I leave it without knowing the WhatsApp, iMessage contact info?

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
