Can't receive MMS

I can't recieve MMS, what can i do? Do i have to set the APN again?

We're truly sorry to hear this. I took a look at your account and saw the line is in good standing and that you have both data and sms included in your plan. I kindly invite you to check the APN by following the steps mentioned by Mike. Please also make sure that your Wifi is disabled and only data is turned on, then test whether you can receive them.

Do you have data in your plan?

Did they work before? If not check the APN configuration

Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN

Fizz APN settings are:

APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl

Try to restart your phone
