I just got installed the modem and decided to do auto installation. I see my network on the available networks but when i put the code, Wifi not working it says it is the wrong password! I tried entering the IP code does not work on my laptop or phone

did you try to scan the QR code to see the password
Pay close attention to characters that are similar, such as O and 0, as well as I and 1.

The default username of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the corresponding password, are written on a sticker affixed to the back of your Wi-Fi modem (Default Wi-Fi network and Default key).
If the Wi-Fi is not working, you can factory reset your modem at any time.
Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions as when you first installed it.

Please make sure to use the Default Wi-Fi key from the back of the modem and also keep in mind that that the I in FIZZ could be a lowercase L instead of an uppercase i.
