How to unblock my account?

My bank blocked my transaction so Fizz couldn't get their automatic payment. I called my bank, they unblocked Fizz. Now I want my service back plz.

Hi Noemi

You must go on your account to make a manual payment.
My Plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method.
You should see the "Make payment now" button. Click on it to make a manual payment.
Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 hours.

Meanwhile, please try restarting your device (modem or phone).

In case of a problem, you can contact customer support by chat at any time:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

First, connect to your fizz account.
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

set up with a new credit card or debit and delete old one, and then set it back !
