The transactions history page loads forever and never gets anywhere? How can I view my bills then?

I am trying to view my bills / transactions history, I know where it is but the page just keeps loading and never gets to the actual history of transactions. Can Customer Service send me a PDF of it through my email please? How can I fix this issue? Thanks

I got the same problem today, I closed firefox and open again and it was working

I believe that it is a momentary problem, try again in couple of minutes

At this moment I have the same problem of you!

I tried with Firefox, Safari and google chrome

It is working with Google Chrome.

As Mike suggests, try closing your browser and even clearing your browser cache, you can retry with a new tab in private mode.

If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
