I’m trying to add a contact and when I click search nothing happens, help

If you are using the phone number, try entering only the 10 digits (without brackets or dash).

If you’re searching for a Fizz member and unable to find them, it’s possible that they’re incognito — which means they have set their preferences so other Fizz members can’t search for them.
