Answered question

To make the forum safer for all, Fizz has been issuing warnings and banning users.

Hello everyone

To the few who choose to abuse the forum or game it, I want to say that when you use multiple accounts with your device and internet, you are doing a disservice to yourself.

1. Fizz can view all your activity. They will ban users who defy the Community User Guidelines.

Welcome to the Fizz Community Hub, the place where giving and receiving help is fast, easy and also very rewarding. In order to keep you and our Community safe, please view our guidelines below:
https://fizz.ca/en/community-user-guidelines

2. In addition, other community users can see your actions on the activity feed.

As a participating member of the community, I for one will be less inclined to help you to level up.

Feel free to add your comments and suggestions.

Do you agree or disagree? Do you think this is a good idea?

For our part, we have to continue to report the posts and activities that are inappropriate.

I can tell you that the community will be better for everyone.

I think this is a good idea. The forum sorta regulates itself, as you said by forum members not wanting to help scammers level up. But I think a little help from the moderators goes a long way to make things more fair and less annoying for the majority of the community.

What I hate the most, is the "generic reply" with links to the solution section of the website.

Fizz is doing the right thing here by dishing out warnings and bans. We are lucky that Fizz even offers customers the ability to get additional perks and discounts on top of our existing service by participating in the community. Glad they aren't going to allow a few dishonest people ruin it for the rest of us.
