reactivate ?

Hi, i deactivate my account by mistake, can i reactivate, id like to chat with someone. thanks !

    Sorry this has happened.

    You can contact Fizz support by Live chat from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Click on the green interrrogation point appearing down to the right of the page.
    Click on again the green chat bubble.
    A new window (chat session) will open and begin with you.

    Hi Arsham,
    I can see, indeed, your mobile plan here has been deactivated but rest assured, you can reactivate it by logging into your Fizz account and going to My plans and clicking on the Reactivate button under your phone plan. You can also use the same SIM card as before.
