Is it possible to change my phone number? If so, can I for a period automatically transfer incoming calls ?

If you want to change your phone number, you can log onto your account to make this change.
There is no charge to change your number and the area code will be based on your home address.

If you have any questions, you can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.14 -
