sim card reactivation?

Hi!
I used a Fizz sim card before as a second number for business. i dropped it for almost one year for a better option, and due to time to time network trouble or shortage. I want to reactivate it for other personal purposes. i used my previous activation number but it doesn't work saying that it belongs to another number . You can see o the attached file. How can i do please ?
