SIM not taken in charge

I activated my SIM card and set up my number etc, when i put it in my phone i get a SIM not taken in charge error and i cant open my phone at all when the SIM card is in?

It seems that your phone is SIM locked

If your phone is locked, ask the mobile provider who supplied your phone to help you unlock it
