I'm going away for 2 months to another city, can i bring my modem with me without problems ?

If you want to do that, you should go on your account to request a change of service address.

And when you are ready to move back, you can request another change.
If you have any questions for Fizz, you can Live chat with support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
