    I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience probably the tech had a problem with the previous installation.

    To reschedule your technician appointment:
    1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
    2- Click on Appointments.
    3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
    4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
    5- click on Reschedule.
    This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
    6- confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    Maybe the technician is just running late. They can be 1 to 2 hours late for the appointment.

    Be sure to keep an eye on your front door, phone and email inbox too.
    The latest news due to covid is that the technician will do the required setup outside and leave the modem by your door. You should then receive a call to retrieve the modem.

    If no one comes today, you will be able to reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments. The 'Reschedule' button will appear there, once 24h passed since the appointment was due. You can then choose a new date and time that's best suited for you.

    If you can, stay home and wait for a few hours.
    He might only be late, and unfortunately they do not seem to call when they are.
