Call without my knowledge?

Hi, why my phone make a call but I don't see it in my log of the appeals?
And it is very strange because I don't have this persons in to my agenda.
LOL.
This persons he call me after couple minutes and he ask me if I call him.
I check in to my phone and don't see anything like I made some call in to the last hours.
Strange, NO?
You have some bugs in to your network.
Please check this issues.

    This happens with all the provides, it is called call spoofing.

    This is a when a third person tries to impersonate you changing their caller id using VoIP software.

    This is not related to your number, changing the number can only delay this :(

    The CRTC is elaborating a plan to block this call

    ou can also contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/universal-call-blocking
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

    This happened to me a lot on rogers before. luckily not with fizz yet.

    You or your phone did not make this call.
    As mentioned, this is Call spoofing. Someone else made the call and they used your number as the call display info. It's really silly, but it can happen to anyone.
