Hi Dear, My Name is Elhamsadat
I signed in Fizz and chose my internet plan and scheduled a meeting for coming sunday so a technician comes to installe it! I did not make any payement because it never required! Can someone call me please? How can I know someone will show up? how about the payement?

First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

If you registered for home internet, then the card you gave at registration has been charged.
Please check on your credit card account, the charge for your plan should be there.
If you just registered, you can check back on your Fizz account in a few hours or tomorrow to see the details of your appointment date.

In your Fizz account, you must add a valid credit card number to be able to add a new fizz service plan.
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
Click on the green chat bubble of Fizz when you see it down to the right of the page.6 -
A payment is required, otherwise a technician won't show up since Fizz is a prepaid service. You should enter your credit card info in order to complete your subscription.6
