why my data doesn't work outside my town, while I pay for a Canada wide plan?

My phone plan is Canada wide, but my data doesn't work outside my town. how should I fix it?

Hi Nasrin,
when you are in Fizz Ext you need to activate the data roaming in your phone

Nasrin Make sure to activate the roaming option of your phone, or else it'll block your usage.
