Don’t need another modem after resubscribing

I have just got back to my 2nd home and trying to reactivate my subscription so I can use the internet.. it’s saying I have to wait till november 20th for them to install a new modem, but I have one already up and ready to go. Can you guys simply activate my plan right away so I can get going with my day please. Thank you!

if you changed your address you should do the moving procedure and not the subscription
If you did the moving procedure, the tech must pass to test the line he will not bring the modem.
You can take the modem and connect, if you already have a working coaxial cable. The tech must come to test the signal anyway.7 -
So here’s the situation. I have 2 homes. Both have fizz modem up and running. I’m at my second residence now where my subscription was cancelled since I wasn’t there anymore, and now wish to reactivate my plan. How can I do this without having to have you guys come and reinstall a new modem. I only need to reactivate my subscription.2

Sounds like you have 2 homes and need to reactivate home internet for your second home
If you already have the modem with you, you can try plugging it in to see if it works.
How many home internet services are you planning to have? You should have one modem for each internet plan that you pay for. If you cancelled a home internet service in the past, you are supposed to return the modem.
To make sure you are getting the proper service, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

I see your reply went to moderation and is now released for all to see.
Do you still have the modem for your second home?
If yes, you can try logging on to that account to make a payment and reactivate the service.
Go to manage your plan on your account. Click on your payment method. If you see the "Make payment now" button, click to make a manual payment. Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 hours.
If you already sent back the modem, then you may need to sign-up for a new plan.
