Perks did not apply on my monthly bill

Hello,
I received a perk for 25$ rebate on internet plan. I activated it in September but it did not apply to any of my monthly bills and now it's expired. What should I do?

    Checking your account I could see that the bonus was indeed not applied as it should.
    In order for us to assist better with this, I suggest you follow Fizzy and other members' steps to reach out to us so that we can find the best solution.
    In the meantime, I have informed our technical team that there is an irregularity on your account and ask for an investigation.
