Same adress switch wthout connection loss

My internet plan was on my partner account and she is moving so I want to transfer it to mine. Since she cant transfer it she needs to cancel it and i need to create one on my account. How can we proceed to switch without losing wifi for a few days since i cannot make an internet plan on my account for the same adress before she cancel hers?

    Sorry but Fizz does not have this option, you can try contacting the support to see if they can accommodate your request.

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
